• Organizations are interdependent
Effective leaders understand their perspective is always incomplete. Therefore they have the courage to challenge their “truth” by seeking the perspectives of others, to help them see what they aren’t seeing.
Remember: Everyone owns the truth, yet no ONE person owns it.
