Leadership Development

Leadership Assessments

The Emotional Quotient 360 (EQ 360) is an emotional intelligence assessment that allows leaders to receive feedback from peers, managers, direct reports, and others on how they leverage their emotional intelligence. This multi-rater report also helps to view the participant scores through a leadership lens, as well as it helps to understand how others see the participant as a leader. The report identifies blind spots, allied strengths, and developmental opportunities. EQ-i assessments are provided through Multi-Health Systems Inc.

Leadership Coaching

Leadership Coaching is a one-to-one partnership built on trust and confidentiality, designed to help individuals strengthen their leadership abilities by stretching beyond their self-limitation and realizing their full potential. Our coaching is focused on helping people strengthen their core (purpose, values, beliefs) and owning the outcomes of their choices while providing practical solutions for behavioural change.

Peer Coaching Circles

One way to enhance existing leadership development programs is to tap into a commonly under-utilized resource, knowledge sharing. Peer Coaching Circles provides an intimate forum in which leaders can stretch beyond their limitations and unlock their full potential. Peer Coaching Circles provides an avenue to develop or improve new skills, perspectives and awareness about oneself, others and the organization (e.g. listening, speaking, questioning, observing, assessing, working as a team).
