I needed to remove patio stones from the backyard – 42 to be exact. Forty-two large, heavy stones that I was painstakingly moving one at a time.
It was taking a loooong time. My back was sore. My hands were cut-up. And I was only 9 stones in. 😒
As I was gathering up the tenth stone, a neighbour came over with a wheelbarrow.
GAME CHANGER!!!!
Suddenly my productivity and output multiplied – I moved more stones, in less time, with less pain.
The wheelbarrow made my life easier.
Hmmmmm, great leaders are like wheelbarrows. They make our lives easier.
