“You may not be able to change a situation, but with humour, you can change your attitude about it.” – Allen Klein
AIN’T THAT THE TRUTH?!!!
Here’s some more truth. The workplace needs laughter.
According to research from institutions as serious as Wharton, MIT, and London Business School, every chuckle or guffaw brings with it a host of business benefits. Laughter relieves stress and boredom, boosts engagement and well-being, and spurs not only creativity and collaboration but also analytic precision and productivity.
Ever notice our best leaders knew how to laugh at themselves and how to use humour to break the tension of situation?
Laughter and humour can change our mindset.
Are you laughing at work?
