It’s been my experience that there are two types of leaders – ants or crabs.
The Ant Leader has a “hive mind”, meaning they work together for the greater good of the group. They are constantly ensuring the colony is protected and can thrive.
The Crab Leader has a “crab mentality”, meaning if they can’t have it, neither can you. They constantly pull others down ensuring the collective demise of the group.
It strikes me as odd that there is still a debate around the importance of culture.
Culture matters!
If you don’t believe me, just ask yourself, “would I rather be a crab in a bucket or an ant in a colony?”
